Graduated from Brophy College Prep in ’09 where he played 3 years of Varsity Baseball and was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks following his senior year. Received a baseball scholarship to the University of San Diego. Was drafted by the Diamondbacks for a second time June 2011 and signed a professional contract.
